Estimated delivery time is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of JOURNEY. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Upon delivery, a direct signature is required when delivery is accepted. Signature requirements are the same for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground U.S. shipments. If no one is around for delivery, FedEx will reattempt delivery. All products on JOURNEY are available for order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until payment has been made. If additional information is required for your order, a member from JOURNEY customer service department will make multiple attempts to contact you via email and phone and await a response within 24 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours..
All packages are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature of all goods delivered from JOURNEY in order for you to obtain your order.
JOURNEY accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER. To avoid delays in processing, please ensure that your billing information provided matches your credit card billing information.
Let’s face it, sometimes things just don’t work out… it’s apart of the JOURNEY! Not everything is going to be liked by everyone is. If you’re looking to make a return, no worries, take a sigh of relief because we are here to assist. Returns are only eligible for store credit. All returns must be authorized by phone, (312) 265-0941, or by email. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. There are no exceptions to this rule on this site. All products returned must be in original unused condition and with no tags removed. Products that are returned damaged/worn/or altered in any way will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All charges related to shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable by JOURNEY. Shipping cost for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns including but not limited to; socks and hats. All items sold at a discounted price will considered final sale, meaning, all sale items are final. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. JOURNEY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. It is up to the discretion of the company.
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rates on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the duty and tax additions price prior to completion of purchase.
