, or by email. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. There are no exceptions to this rule on this site. All products returned must be in original unused condition and with no tags removed. Products that are returned damaged/worn/or altered in any way will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All charges related to shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable by JOURNEY. Shipping cost for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns including but not limited to; socks and hats. All items sold at a discounted price will considered final sale, meaning, all sale items are final. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. JOURNEY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. It is up to the discretion of the company.
